Triggers can vary for everyone, social situations, unexpected changes, health fears, or even certain sounds or memories. Understanding what sets off our anxiety can help us manage it better.

What are some of your biggest anxiety triggers? Have you found any effective ways to deal with them?

Stress and work. I have an awful anxiety that I will do something wrong at work and end up being fired. There’s never been any indications of that - but it’s to the to the point that I will think about it constantly. I try distract myself and talk to other people about it.

Social situations.

New experiences.

And CPTSD triggers.
