A lot of us feel pressure to appear happy or together, even when we’re struggling inside. Whether it’s at work, school, or around family, we often hide our true feelings behind a mask.

Have you ever felt like you had to fake being okay? How do you cope with that pressure, and do you ever let others in on how you’re really doing?

I used to be ‘fake’ when I was younger. Now I am pretty transparent with most people and it helps communicate what I need a lot. Only place I struggle a bit is with family but I don’t think they can provide the emotional comfort I need anyways.
