Whether it’s at work, school, or around family, we often hide our true feelings behind a mask.Have you ever felt like you had to fake being okay? How do you cope with that pressure, and do you ever let others in on how you’re really doing?
Sunday at 11:31 PM4 days I used to be ‘fake’ when I was younger. Now I am pretty transparent with most people and it helps communicate what I need a lot. Only place I struggle a bit is with family but I don’t think they can provide the emotional comfort I need anyways.
