The loss of a pet

I have lost quite a few pets over the years but my cat is always on my mind. he was everything to me and my family.

Just over 2 years ago he passed away and I still cannot bring myself to get another pet.

He just collapsed and died on the floor, I can still see the mages in my head of him just dying in front of me.

I'm not sure if I will ever be ready to get another pet.
