Unclutter Your Mind
God is not a God of disorder but of peace.
1 Corinthians 14:33, NIV
If you’ve ever watched a documentary on hoarders, you know that there
are people who don’t throw  anything away. They can live in such
clutter and disorder that they can hardly move through their  house.
Too many of us are hoarders in our mind. We’re not letting anything go.
There’s so much  clutter that we can’t enjoy our life. We go to sleep
at night but wake up tired. We slept, but we  didn’t rest. Our mind was
working. God has you reading this because He wants to do an
intervention.  He wants to help you get rid of the disorder—the worry,
the hurts, the offense, the frustration.  All that clutter is limiting
your life. Worry will keep you from rising higher. Being bitter will
keep you from new opportunities. Living stressed will cause health
problems. Going around guilty  will keep you from pursuing your dreams.
You have to clear out the negative clutter and program  your mind with
what God says about you. He is a God of order. Live from a place of
peace and rest  and you’ll step into new levels.
Prayer For Today
"Father, thank You that You didn’t create me to live weighed down by
the worry, hurts, guilt, and  frustrations that creep in and limit my
life. Help me to clear out all the clutter of negative  thoughts from
my mind and dwell on what You have to say about me. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
