Posted July 1Jul 1 As I am sure you all have read or heard, keeping a daily gratitude journal is proven to help one with mental.health struggles.I know, I know...often how virtually impossible to find a single thing to be grateful for when our illnesses and relationships, and other situations make us feel like we are shrouded in darkness, anxiety, isolation.I used to be very good about keeping a daily gratitude journal, and found no matter how badly I was feeling seemed to always be able to come up with at least three things each night I was grateful for...Have started this thread for those of you who would feel up to it to giving it a try...and if this is something you already practice, has it helped you? No.pressure at all to share...as I said, know it is often tough to access gratitude...But I will start...Today so far I am grateful for the wonderfully beautiful and well tended roses at a couple houses on my street and that I have my disability in my account and have been able to.pay off some of my credit card.I am grateful for my long time boyfriend.. even with his flaws. What are/wete you grateful for today?Even something " small'....is huge...and Healing...

July 4Jul 4 Grateful I got my laundry and shopping done. Sometimes bracing a busy place like Walmart and dealing with busy taxi service can drain my energy. Today I'm just thankful it's done, bills are paid, and now can spend this weekend on forums and relaxing. My body's hurting today.
