June 27Jun 27 I know I'm not alone there are many people with mental health issues and don't get the support they need or what for there mental health issues it can cost alot of money to manage mental health issues it's getting difficult to manage
June 27Jun 27 It differs with everyone I guess. I'm a person of great faith. I try to pray and read scriptures. But that's me. I don't know if there is anything I can suggest for you. I don't see a therapist due to finances and lack of transportation. I look for resources online like articles and videos.

I thought it was silly at first but it does help.
