There are days I want to shut out the world and disappear. I’ve learned to check in with myself and ask, “Do I need rest or connection?” Sometimes just saying “I feel off today” in a space like this really helps. Do you isolate when you're low?

I isolate when I get really depressed or even angry. I usually get annoyed when I'm not feeling well and I take it out on the people I care about the most. ☹️

Before I got my apartment, I lived with my sister. If I got depressed or angry, I isolated to work out my feelings or to settle myself down. Now I live alone but will go no contact or even not answer my door when need to.
