Posted June 17Jun 17 I’ve gotten really good at pretending I’m okay, smiling, chatting, even joking around. But as soon as I’m alone, the weight hits me. It’s exhausting. Have you ever felt like you had to "mask" your struggles? How do you cope with it?
June 17Jun 17 Yes, I had to do this especially around family because I know they don't care, even when they ask, I know it's fake concern.
