When things get roug, what do you reach for?

I’ve started building a “toolbox” of things that sometimes help when I’m overwhelmed or stuck in a thought loop:
Music
Going outside, even for 2 minutes
Writing things down
Holding a warm mug

What helps you? Let’s share ideas, we might pick up something new to try.

Prayer, talking to my heavenly counselor 

Watching YouTube videos. Comedy, animals. Animals always seem to bring me peace.

Listening to retro music, worship music. Even new age and instrumental.

Retail therapy Walmart or even placing a grocery delivery order.

Getting out of the apartment even if it is for a little while is taking the trash to the dumpster, checking mail or going to the laundry room.
