Posted June 13Jun 13 Living with anxiety and stress can be overwhelming at times. Whether it’s a constant hum in the background or full blown panic, many of us know how hard it can be to manage. I thought it might help to have a space where we can share how anxiety shows up for us and what we’ve found that helps. No pressure to share anything personal if you're not ready, even just reading can be a comfort. Some ideas to get us started: What does anxiety or stress feel like for you What coping strategies help when things feel intense Any routines or small habits that keep you grounded Books or podcasts that have helped How you manage during stressful life events or social situations.
